Adding and editing a Shared Calendar in Outlook 2003

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click on Calendar in the left hand pane:

  3. Then in “My Calendars” click on “Open Shared Calendar”:
  4. Type in your calendar name (eg “activitycalendar”) into the input box that pops up or click on “Name” to choose the calendar from the list. Then press “OK”, if the “Check Names” dialog appears follow the instructions in the “Download Address Book” post, otherwise continue to the next step:
  5. The calendar will then appear in the main calendar window:
